Proactive Data Containers
This project’s goal is to novel data abstraction for managing science data in an object-oriented manner. PDC’s will provide efficient strategies for moving data in deep storage hierarchies and techniques for transforming and reorganizing data based on application requirements. By developing an Python API and command line tools, these objects will be able to be used with ease regardless of the situation.

Interactive Exploration of High-dimensional Datasets with PolyPhy and Polyglot
Hello! My name is Kiran and this summer I’ll be working with Polyphy and Polyglot under the mentorship of Oskar Elek. The full proposal is available online. For a brief overview, the Polyglot app allows users to interact with a 3D network of high-dimensional language embeddings, specfically the Gensim Continuous Skipgram result of Wikipedia Dump of February 2017 (296630 words) dataset.
